      Order Cut-Off & Processing Time

      • Cut-Off Time: Our daily order cut-off is at 10:00 PM (GMT-08:00, Los Angeles), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will start processing on the next business day.
      • Order Handling (1-3 Business Days): Once we receive your order, we will assemble and quality-check your keyboard within 1-3 business days. During this period, our team ensures the keyboard is fully debugged and free of noise before shipment.

    Returns (No Returns for Custom Keyboards):

    • Handcrafted & Custom Products.
      Our keyboards are handcrafted and custom-made. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been shipped.
    • Exceptions
      In the rare event your custom keyboard arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
